Apartemen Meikarta adalah nama daripada sebuah kota “Jakarta Baru” di daerah Cikarang berskala internasional. Sebuah inovasi terbaru daripada LIPPO Group dimana kota MEIKARTA dengan nilai investasi proyek lebih daripada Rp. 278 triliun. Job Summary:
  1. Supervise, train and evaluate reservation supervisor and develop potential reservation agents.
  2. Motivate and make sure all reservation agents are working under hotel and department’s standard.
  3. Perform all daily tasks related to room status control and balancing, reservation strategy planner.
Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests, visitors and other departments.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
  • Arrange daily briefing and share all pertinent information and assign tasks to working staff.
  • Attend group review meeting and credit meeting weekly.
  • Communicate and coordinate how to process additional tasks or overtime occurred.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guest’s information.
  • Pre-block rooms for any special request.
  • Work closely with other departments to effectively accommodate guests’ special requests and amenities.
  • Review reservation morning report.
  • Monitor waiting list and determine priority of guests to be called.
  • Review Travel Agent Commission report and resolve any inaccuracies.
  • Monitor and handle guest’s complaints/disputes following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly training plan and make sure all the staff well trained and fully practised.
  • Assist Director of Revenue Management with inventory control; maintain inventory balance between Valhalla, Delphi and Opera.
  • Build and update all rate programs in Opera according related information from hotel revenue team.
  • Monitor all the reservation in system is correctly input.
  • Monitor the Group Status, make sure the status change accurate and on time. Stick to group ceiling especially during high season.
  • Complete all hotel information pages in Valhalla.
  • Participate in related project teams.
  • Prepare work orders for maintenance repairs or purchase and distribute to Engineering or Purchasing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment and work areas.
  • Department duty roster.
  • Organize site inspections for department new staff.
  • Develop relationships with competitor hotels.
  • Take part responsibility of revenue strategy plan upon absence of Direct of Revenue Management.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • Well-developed marketing & analytical skills.
  • Preferably a working knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of the following soft ware includes Opera, Delphi, Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Min 2-3 years experience in similar capacity (Or related department such as Front office) with international chain hotels
  • Excellent written and verbal Mandarin & English are a must.
  • Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows XP or higher, Microsoft Office 2003 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
