- Candidate must prossess at least Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any field, preferable Dealer Network Developmen
- Age around 35 - 45 years old
- Professional (Knowledge & Skills) : Knowledge of Dealer Network Development with in depth understanding of car sales process
- Certification Dealer Development / Channel  Handling Management
- Experience : 15 plus years of experience encompassing Dealer Development & Management, Dealer claims & functions at Sales & Marketing of major car manufacturer with exposure to service & marketing domains
- Related Experience : Related experience in Dealer Development & Sales/Marketing of Auto manufacturer (10 plus years)
- Languages : English / Indonesia
Pre – Requisite Experience 
- General Manager : Effective knowledge of Dealer Development, Dealer management, Dealer Motivation, Customer handling, Profitability Analysis
- Job Competency : Concern for Quality, Problem Solving, Prompt Judgment  & Action, Strategic Thinking
- Leadership Competency : Visioning & Guidance, Performance Management, Leading by Exemplarity, People Developing, Decision Making.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION 
Position Summary
- Establishing channel strategies including new channel formats (ex. Online sales platform, city stores, etc.)
- Network expansion and optimization. Improvement of Dealership facilities
- Enhancing Dealers competiveness  to improve  customer experience & satisfaction
Dealer  support and motivation and focus on Dealer retention & Dealer profitability
(Major Task / Roles & Responsibility)
- Establishment channel strategies (Short/mid/long-term strategy)
- Appointment of New  Dealerships,  Sales  & Service  Branches & Outlets
- Implementation of New channel formats (ex. Online sales platform, city stores, pop-up stores, etc.)
- Performance Review  of Dealerships  and  ensuring corrective action plan  implementation  and  monitoring  the  results
- Network  optimization  based on  SPD(Sales per Dealer) and  potential  of each market
- Management of dealer facilities  as per  GDSI (Global dealership space identity)
- Successful  implementation of  Dealer enhanced Program norms across  all  Dealerships
- New  Dealer Induction program (Training to  Dealer Owner  & Team)
- Dealer retention & motivation through  various  programs
- Dealer  support  & Profitability  :  Guiding  Dealers  through close monitoring of required  resources, productivity & rofitability
Authority
Network  expansion for each market and  finalisation of  new Dealer candidates.
- Support  level  for new upcoming dealerships at  initial stages  in setting  up business  targets  &  activities.
- Organising various activities related with dealer retention and motivation
