Requierements : 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in ICT and Managed Services Business Environment or equivalent
  • Required Skill(s): CCNA, CCNP, Routing, Switching Configuration, Managed Service Business, ITIL
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • A demonstrated understanding of Customer Networks, specific to customers
  • A demonstrated understanding of Switching & Routing, at or above the level equivalent to CCNA/P
  • A demonstrated understanding or ITIL process, specific to Event Management, Incident Management and Change Management
  • Possess valid Cloud/IaaS accreditation to Proven Professional EMCISA, EMCCPE or EMCIE
  • F5 CTS LTM
  • ITILv3 certified
  • Possess a valid network or application management accreditation is desirable 
  • Detailed level hands on experience with enterprise routers, switches and network management devices and applications
  • 5 years plus experience in analysing, designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining software solutions
  • Previous experience maintaining enterprise solutions and services typically associated with Wireless Services, Mobiles, Firewalls, Application Security, Data Communications and Networks.

Responsibilities  : 
  • Perform or participate in low to medium complex, specialised technical investigations to determine/confirm system and design standards and performance parameters for the networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by the JV that provide managed services for customers
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with the networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by the JV within agreed customer service levels
  • Prepare process documentation to describe how networks, infrastructure, products and services operate for the Network and Applications Operations Centre function
  • Deliver and/or develop technical training, updates & or briefings to team members to ensure understanding and use of process & procedures
  • Provide input into and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide pro-active Change management with customers to ensure that customer impact of service/network changes and planned outages are minimised
  • Develop intimate knowledge of customer’s networks and services to support troubleshooting and resolution of assurance incidents with customers and L1 to L4 support
  • Maintains awareness of existing or potential customer software/hardware/system environments and  proactively resolves problems
  • Ensure the L2 support function aligns with ITIL standards and methodology framework
  • Ensure all accreditation requirements for the L2 support function are met and maintained
  • Stays current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of managed services and industry products through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars
  • Responsible for sharing information and best practices with others. May be required to support and instruct less experienced co-workers, through classroom training sessions or on-the-job mentoring
  •  Demonstrates flexibility and focus to prioritise and undertake activity in Operations as required to support JV growth
  • Inputs into a cycle of continuous improvement in the SD&D business that scopes and delivers improved productivity and customer advocacy outcomes
  • Develop and maintain win-win relationships with key JV, Telkom, partner and customer stakeholders
  • Meets company health, safety and environment requirements
