Job description:
As our Order Management Team Leader, you will be given a unique opportunity to work on high impact projects across different teams. Ideally, you should possess superior analytical skills, energy, drive and attention to details while being a team player with a forward-thinking mindset, ability and confidence to challenge the status quo to rethink and re-define how work gets done and new products get build.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:
  • Lead and develop a team consisting of order management associate
  • Responsible for E2E order processing and ensure all process meet company policy. i.e : document approval process, closely monitor fulfillment, delivery and return process.
  • Manage and lead and ensure order management associate have the knowledge and skills to assist customers, solve problems, meet metrics, etc.
  • Participate in key rhythms, such as Product/Engineering updates, Marketing campaigns, etc. and changes within order management operations around policies, tools, etc. so that information can then be trained and/or communicated to customer facing teams.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning, of driving efficiency and reducing waste, etc.
  • Provide recommendations that direct our evolution around our order management processes
  • Lead coordination with Logistic and Fulfillment partner and provide necessary suggestion to improve fulfillment and delivery process.
Must Have
  • Experience in leading a team ( 7-15 team members) referably in a e-commerce or Telco customer support and/or contact center environment. Preferably from L2 department or order management / payment processing background.
  • People management experience, with at least 2 years managing leads and supervisors.
  • Experience interacting with ticketing system and CRM
  • Experience establishing and running a coaching and training
  • Experience participating in work optimization programs such as Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.
  • Experience creating and evaluating customer support scorecard
  • Proven ability to make very difficult tradeoffs to drive outcomes.
