Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
 
  • Organizing, coordinating, and managing development programs within National Contact Centre.
  • Conduct Quality Voice and Quality Data assessment to NCC Representative and ensure they have excellent customer service and in appropriate manner when they are speaking with customers, consumers, and public.
  • Conduct coaching, feedback, and assistance to NCC Representative to ensure they understand and perform work based on SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Organizing Workforce Management every month to ensure all team in the right shifting schedule and also monitoring RAR (Resource Availability Ratio).
  • Conduct Capability Matrix and Skill Mapping two times a year and analyse the results for management review.
  • Manage project as required and coordinate with internal team to ensure all projects are completed and implemented within agreed time scales.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation for business requirements.
  • Prepare and analyse Quality Voice and Quality Data report for management review.
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to streamline the process, cost effectiveness, and increase productivity.
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University with GPA min 3.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences as Contact Centre Quality Assurance.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Good in English communications skill.
  • Good in presentation skill.
  • Good in analytical, structure thinking, and orientation to detail.
  • Coaching Skill.
  • Age Maximum 35 Years Old.
