Job Purpose
Responsible to deliver customized high quality of day to day HR Operational such a Monthly payroll , HR Administration Processing, medical, service award, employee changes, general affair, external contractor  management, non-managerial recruitment activities and other related local HR initiatives related to Certified Labor Agreement and Industrial Relation. Also perform as HR representative in partnering with Local Union and local leaders to identifying employee related issues/ business needs related people and employees to achieve working satisfaction to be aligned and support organization goals.
 
 
Job Responsibilities
 Control & Monitoring Permanent & Casual Headcount through employee movement/placement & Third party management
 Ensure Recruitment and selection process as per standard procedure by monitor & review candidate identification process (internal and external), screening & selection, remuneration package recommendation, offering process, Induction process arrangement as well as probationary period as plan.
 Ensure and monitor activities related to Remuneration and Benefit matters in unit operations, such as:
oPrepare and deliver DPG (non fix allowance & Overtime)
o Payroll Execution
o Update Organization Changes and Employee Changes.
o Facilitate Benefit Service: Jamsostek, DPLK, Tax, medical, travelling, etc.
o Socialises, communicate, implement Company Policy.
o Employee out service (resign, retirement, termination) : compensation calculation, administered of jamsostek & DPLK
o Prepare and make sure clearance form
o Support benefits calculation benefit for CLA
o Manage in-house Clinic (if available)
  •  As PIC for Performance Management process.
  •  As facilitator forum OCR (Grade 10 below)
  •  Monitor building and office facilities by ensuring the availability and maintenance of:
o Work equipment for employee  (Uniform, PPE, ID card)
o company premises management
o Manage office supplies and monitor standards, practices and ethics
o Manage pool driver
o Manage license (government permit &  legal document)
o Relocation assistance (accommodation)
o GA subscriptions (electricity bill, phone bills, parking ticket, etc) and monitoring its utilisation.
o Travel arrangement
  •  Conduct Employee Opinion survey
  •  Ensure and monitor administration matters related with employee data such as:
o Employee database available and updated. 
o Documented employee administration and third party
o Provide monitoring absenteeism of employees.
o Prepare and deliver regular report
  •  Ensure all of administrative data in HR service area are well-documented
  •  Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
  •  Develop team member to achieve best performance.
  •  Budgeting
  •  Control & Monitoring Personal Expense
  •  Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.
  •  Develop strategies to prevent labour issues / disputes and its recurrence order to maintain a productive and harmonious working environment
  •  Maintain CLA document (for national and each local CLA) also monitor the implementation of CLA in the workplace to ensure that all employer – employee relationship in the organisation are conducted in a way that complies with relevant collective agreement
  •  Maintain a cordial relationship with employees, union representatives, relevant government bodies, and other supervisors in order to establish harmonious workplace environment.
  •  Monitor the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
 
Job Requirements
• Min. bachelor degree majoring Management/Law/Communications/Psychology or other related majors from reputable universities.
• Min. 3-5 years of working experience as HR Manager.
