Main responsibility:
• Ensure long-term win/win business relationship.
• Act as trusted consultant for key accounts by providing business insights based on internal data and/or any relevant external data.
• Ensure that all financial and legal requirements agreed in the partnership are respected by both parties.
• Introduce principal/distributor initiatives and innovations to key accounts in order to get their supports for the successful implementations.
• Monitor the performance of key accounts on all level, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to solve problems and/or to seize opportunities.
• Develops and maintain promotional activities budget in the key account level so that all of the promotion activities can be implemented according to the promotion plan.
• Prepares sales projection based on actual sales and sales trends along with other economic factors to improve the estimation product availability while minimizing inventory investment for each account.
• Schedules and plans customer visit for the purpose of to develop new strategies and action plans that will help to improve customers’ loyalty and sales.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve the relationship with key accounts as well as internal stakeholders to ensure that the interests of both parties are well managed and met.
• Act as single point of contact for key accounts for both business and technical queries.
 
Qualifications:
• Minimum S1 in any major, 5+ years of experience in key account management or strategic account management in consumer goods/ service/ hospitality industry.
• Strong in sales and/or business development.
• Possess strong understanding in territory management, distribution management and operational process.
• Possess strong awareness of financial, commercial, planning and control activities.
• Excellent negotiator.
• Possess relationship builder.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skill, in both English and Bahasa.
• Excellent analytical skills and passion to work with data.
• Comfortable around higher management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Availability for travel up to 50% of the time.
