Overview
The Global Account Manager is the outside senior sales person managing all aspects of the business with a strategic customer globally. The Global Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic account plan to drive maximum revenue, account penetration and customer satisfaction.

The Global Account Manager develops and owns the global account strategy, oversees and maintains the “big picture” and leads the outside sales and internal support teams in understanding and executing the Global strategy regionally. 

Business leadership, strategic key account planning and high level relationship management are some of the major tasks.  The position requires excellent cross-business function relationships to ensure account business is completed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:-
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, annual sales forecast (FC) to management, propose sales budget to superior for market segment in Indonesia.
  • Proposed sales plan for account(s); determine targets for penetration and growth of accounts, coordination with Customer Service support the territory and support maintenance of channelling strategies (with distributors) in order to achieve targeted sales growth for assigned account(s).
  • Analyze pricing structure to ensure it is competitive in market, create more opportunities in OEM and Industrial Segment and expand market share of TE Energy.
  • To work on product documentation and field trial in order to get product certification of qualification. Preparing submission of tender documents and responding to technical queries.
  • To manage tender preparation for tender submission.
  • Coordination with Energy's Technical Engineer and Product Manager to provide product presentation / training / installation demo sample units to distributors / direct customers to ensure distributors / direct customers are knowledgeable to use TE products.
  • Conduct market survey on competitor's strategies, new product launch, rencet sales & marketing programs and tactics.
  • Pro-active in market activities, promote products customers/end-users.
Requirements:-
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Electrical Power.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experiences in related industry.
  • Preferably from Multinational Companies and familir with OEM and Industrial Market Segment.
  • Understanding and knowledgeable in OEM & Industry of Power Utilities and related products
  • Able to speak and write English fluently and Indonesian.
  • Ability to prospect for opportunities and gather market intelligence using professional networking.
