Duties and responsibilities:
  1. Advises and assists in developing, planning, directing, and implementing procedures to produce effective and efficient management of the employee relations function.
  2. Provides guidance, coach, counseling and training to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters.
  3. Facilitates communication among employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation voidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques
  4. Develop and maintain framework on Union management relationship including managing CLA process with Unions. Lead and establish the policies and procedures related to all staff disciplinary matters to ensure staff discipline are managed at all time
 
Skills and specifications:
  1. Has experience in dealing with labor Union / Employees in resolving industrial relation issues
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Good Leadership
  4. Highly confident in speaking and writing in English
  5. Able to work in under pressure
  6. Analytical and decision making skills
  7. Excellent people skill Team-oriented, but able to work individually as well
 
Education and qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies/Administration/Management or Law
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in the same field
  3. Experience in Industrial Relation
