Summary
Talent Acquisition: a person who responsible for implementing talent acquisition program by planning, coordinating, and implementing recruitment and selection strategies. Activities include recruiting, testing, interviewing, selecting and placing internal and external applicants; and managing the new employee induction process; as well as employee training program and implementation.
 
Job Descriptions
Responsible in overall day to day activities of HRGA Department in order to make sure that all of given task are run smoothly; especially in talent acquisition program.
 
Core Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all of related activity on recruitment and training.
  • Proceed recruitment activities start from the beginning until employee orientation, including but not limited to: ManPower Planning, Personnel request, job analysis, Job Description, Job requirement, recruitment mapping, job advertisement, job specification, candidates screening, coordinate with third party, interview arrangement, offering letter, and new employee orientation.
  • Overview current recruitment process and evaluate the policy
  • Design competency matrix and the policy
  • Proceed training activities start from the beginning until training report, including but not limited to: Training Need Analysis, training program, training budget, trainer provider, training material, training implementation, training report, etc.
  • Maintain Learning Management system, upload materials; control and follow up to all of related employees
  • Responsible in talent program development and policy design, including but not limited to: talent analysis, performance and ability analysis, talent criteria and identification, talent pool selection, talent acceleration program, key position assignment, talent retention program, as well as monitoring the program
  • Support all of HRGA day to day activities; support other task need for support
  • Coordinate with team regarding all of the related activities.
  • Any other given task by Superior / Manager / Management
 
Competencies Required
  • Bachelor Degree from HR Management / Phycology / related field with GPA 3.25
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Excellent Inter-personal Skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  • Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word/Access) – excellent at database processing ability
  • Strong Logically and analytically minded
  • Strategic thinking oriented, have initiative
  • Numbers friendly
