Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for overseeing customer needs, it also involves managing employees of Service Centre, resolving customer complaints and issues, and ensuring that the Company’s positive image and reputation remains intact.
  • A Service Centre Coordinator recruits and trains Service Centre employees, manages the employees’ schedules, oversees daily employees interactions with customers, handles any complaints or questions, and reports to the Service Centre Manager.
 
Job Description will be (But not limited to):
  • Manages employees of Service Centre
  • Acts as liaison between Customer and Company
  • Answers Customers questions
  • Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints
  • Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director
  • Writes up reports of customer activity or complaints
  • Presents reports to Service Centre Manager and Sr. Operation Manager
  • Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships
  • Travels for Service Centre visit
  • Promotes company products and services.
 
Qualifications:
  • At least Bachelor degree from reputable Universities majoring Hospitality Management
  • Having minimum 3 years of experience in Service Centre as a front liner in Customer Service division or Hospitality Industry will be advantage.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills and ability to think creatively and analytically
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers
  • Works well with a team.
  • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willing and able to travel for Service Centre visit
  • Capable of conducting independent research
  • Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor and able to multi-task effectively
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills and possesses strong persuasive skills.
