Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest local asset management firms. Our respected client is seeking a highly competent sales professional for the job of Head of Intermediary Sales. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
 
Job summary

The Head of Intermediary Sales will be responsible for arranging, preparing, proposing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets from alliances with financial institutions
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Compile and submit the work plan and annual budget of the alliance unit in line with the company's long-term vision, mission and strategy to obtain approval from the Board of Directors.
  • Ensuring all sales get the required Coaching and Development.
  • Ensuring teamwork during requesting from banks and non-banks.
  • Formulate and coordinate strategies to optimize all potential of all existing channels.
  • Analyze and coordinate the possibility of collaboration with new channels.
  • Observe and anticipate the specifications needed by each channel and follow up with appropriate product innovations.
  • Development of sales and management of distribution channels both through branches, business alliances and through promotional media, as well as monitoring the results of their achievements.
  • Coordinating with related internal work units (investment, products, compliance, marketing support, operations, IT, and CS) to improve services to all existing channels.
  • Ensure all Sales have the necessary licenses for making sales.
  • Coordinate and ensure there is no trading behavior that is contrary to existing regulations.
  • Lead and coordinate the application of the principle of recognizing customers and Due Diligence
 
Job Requirements
 
 
  • Refined sales professional with over 5 years of experience leading an Intermediary Sales team
  • Must have deep and reliable relationships with top-level executives in different segments of the finance community
  • Experience in managing a team of over 5 people
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, management and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in sales planning, pipeline management and execution with a hands-on attitude to deal closure
  • Track record of building energetic teams and inculcating work ownership amongst team members
  • Holds a WMI or WAPERD License
  • Track record of working in nimble organizations with demonstrable experience in leading change and transformation
