Nestlé has operated in Indonesia since 1971; at present we employ more than 2,600 employees to produce a variety of Nestle products at four plants. The Kejayan, Pasuruan, East Java, plant processes dairy products such as DANCOW, and BEAR BRAND, Panjang factory at Lampung processes NESCAFÉ instant coffee; Cikupa factory in Banten produces confectionery products such as FOX'S and POLOs, and our fourth plant in Karawang processes DANCOW, MILO, and Nestlé CERELAC baby cereal.

  • Time Attendance: Responsible in monitoring employee time attendance on timely manner by using KRONOS. Must report to Nestle Business Services (NBS) in case of trouble in using KRONOS.
  • Service Award: Responsible in composing a list of employees  who have dedicated themselves in the company for 10, 15 and 25 years. Hold a ceremonial event for employees aforementioned to present services award.
  • Staff Shop: Responsible in monitoring price list to always be updated, monitoring sales to compose the inventory list of sold goods and reporting the sales date to Account Receivable (AR) and General Legder (GL).
  • Baby Feeding Scheme: Responsible in reviewing baby feeding submissions and forwarding the submissions to Nutrition, reviewing then giving approval to maternity leave submissions, and reviewing then giving approval to flexible working hours submissions.
  • Sport Membership: Responsible in monitoring the budget for manager (and up) membership in sport clubs.
  • Car Ownership Program: Responsible in receiving inquiries for vehicle from each division and and do a checking regarding prices and availability of vehicle. Request budget from Management Accounting (MAB)  for vehicle purchasing. Forward vehicle inquiries to Purchasing. Monitor the vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Scholarship Program: Responsible in composing a list of employees and their respective children (from elementary school to university) to determine the quota  of scholarship applicants and organize the selection test itself.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource, Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Analytical and Numerical Skills.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Candidate must familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Having basic SAP knowledge is advantages.
  • He/She has to be detail oriented, highly meticulous and firm.
  • He/She must willing to learn and fast learner.
  • He/She must be a team player as well as ready to work individually.
