MAIN JOB PURPOSE
  • To monitor and review ER Account Strategy and provide qualitative detail report of DPD Accounts.
  • To ensure Account maintenance is done by marketing and monitor restructuring credit .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct customer visits along with Relationship Manager (RM) for Medium intensity customers & the customers shortlisted by the Risk Monitoring Head based on the portfolio condition
  • Reviewing and giving recommended actions for Medium intensity Account Strategy Review which hit Exception Review (ER) trigger.
  • Assist the Regional Sales Head for deriving the restructuring plan for the H intensity customers.
  • Coordinate with branch RMs for managing the triggered customers.
  • Liaise with the other stakeholders to facilitate the restricting of High/Medium intensity customers
  • Ensure NPLs are classified promptly with files transferred and Retail Credit Management (RCM) updates provided on timely manner to Special Assets Management (SAM) to facilitate smooth handover of account
  • Engage with RCM to have an updated info from dunning activity to make action strategy and SAM to have better perspective to downgrade account or accelerate NPL settlement.
KEY REQUIREMENT :
  • Graduated from Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Experienced in the same field for at least 1 year
  • Excellent credit analytical and asset management skills for Small Medium Enterprise segment
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate well, especially with customers
  • Capable of operating computer programs, including Microsoft Windows
  • Proven for having strong integrity, continuous improvement mindset, ability to work in team(s) and commitment for excellence
