As Sales Account Manager you will be reporting directly to Regional Sales Manager & will be responsible to develop and implement sales strategies to your designated industries and delivering the highest levels of revenue growth profit and future business growth.

Job Description:
  • Expand Company's Technology solutions portfolio to existing accounts and develop new accounts in assigned territory and industry (EPC,O&G, and Government)
  • Establish and maintain executive relationships with line of business executives at assigned client accounts
  • Develop a client relationship plan that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention rates through consistent client engagement
  • Proposal writing, cost estimate, risk assessment for qualified opportunities
  • Develop qualified pipeline by solutions line of business to support sales targets
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of opportunity within territory.
  • Achieve / exceed sales targets as assigned
  • Working closely with technical support team to provide optimum post-sales support to customers
  • Working closely with Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Profile
  • Degree holder in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of Sales experience focused on high - level solution-based and conceptual selling in (EPC,O&G, and Government)
  • Knowledge of enterprise wide solutions and IS applications
  • Understands IT products selling (software) life-cycle with strong solution selling approach
  • Has ability to work with the partners as well handle direct sales
  • Should be very well networked with mid to senior level managers in the targeted industry
  • Strong business problem skills which include solving integrated solutions problems
  • Proven track record of successful relationship building internal and external, business partnering with accounts and multi - resource team selling
  • Ability to interact with C-Levels in client organizations
