Job Summary:
Karwa International are seeking highly motivated, passionate and service orientated Customer Service Consultants to join the team in Bali, Indonesia. Serving expatriate customers, you will deliver world class service, aim for excellence each time and also keen to contribute your own ideas to Karwa to help continue delivering an unrivalled experience to our valued clientele.
Multiple full time positions are available.
Duties / responsibilities:
  • Answer and handle calls.
  • Engage, serve and moderate online customer enquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically, online and email.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Enter new customer information into the system.
  • Update customer information.
  • Process online applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete call logs.
  • Produce call reports.
  • Minimum diploma degree from any major. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Fluent in the English language, verbal and written.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in dealing / serving expatriate customers or working in companies where English is the main communication language used.
  • Service orientated and pleasant personality.
  • Good communication, writing and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
