This position will report to the Regional DIrector of Sales and will be responsible to lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Consultants in the sales of assigned Australian property and/or projects to high net worth clients.
Duties and Requirements:
- Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the marketing and sales functions including developing and implementing marketing plans and ensuring eefficient operations of the sales function.
- Plan, organize, implement and execute strategies of promotional, product launching and exhibitions of Australian property sales.
- Actively source and meet prospect for potential sales closure and actively follow up on all given leads.
- To lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve their sales targets.
- Proactive participation and feedback on sales strategies in order to achieve branch sales target.
- Oversee execution of advertising, corporate communications, launches and expos for the sales department in order to achieve sales targets.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin,
- At least 5 years of working experience in sales is required for this position. Managers specilized in property/real estate will have an added advantage while those with proven strong track record in any sales will have an advantage.
- Candidate must be prepare to travel (local/overseas) and participate in exhibitions, roadshows and all property launches.
