The primary work activities include:
  • To assist customers and provide the best possible solutions to the query through helpdesk ticketing services.
  • Deploy Google Solutions for Customers (Mid-Market & Enterprise)
  • Managing internal local network and servers
  • Training / presentation to customers needing support / assistance in-house or at client's premise (maybe out of town; Jakarta, Bali, and other cities in Indonesia)
  • Support in Research & Development  of Products / Solutions
  • Support internal needs; project team, sales team, admin.
The ideal candidates would be:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science.
  • Required skill(s): Network, Windows server/Linux, training presentation, DNS Server, good communication skill, English is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; helpdesk service, customer support, or technical support
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to travel (visit customers out of town)
