Job Description
  • Develop and supervise brand strategies and guidelines (covering packaging, product, communication and pricing) and monitor their implementation in accordance with the guidelines, budget and the time frame, in line with overall portfolio strategy and Company objectives.
  • Financial aspects responsibility: P&I, P&L, Sales, Stock level, Forecast Accuracy
  • Coordinate closely with Trade Marketing, NSM, NKAM for Sales / Channel strategy
  • Coordinate closely with Demand Planner & factory to ensure reliable supply & forecast
  • Conduct any research needed in order to get more consumer insights, brand awareness/ equity checked, advertising tracking, etc
  • New Product Development & Launch
  • Collaborate with Regional brand Lead (Asia - Pacific) & Global SBU for any related projects
  • Lead & manage Assistant / Assistant Brand Manager
  • Brand scope: OTC Nutritionals & Vitamin
  • Bachelor Degree, preferable in business related backround
  • Experience in Brand Management for 7 years, (including 5 years in brand management as manager)
  • Experience in planning and market research techniques
  • Solid marketing experience with proven ability in strategic brand planning, consumer communication, ATL - BTL implementation, understanding of HCP as well as consumer communication and its communications channels
  • Hard Skill
    • English Literacy in oral & written
    • Advance of Marketing & brand management knowledge
    • Ability to lead project consisting of cross functional team (project leader)

    • Ability to analysis / forecast sales
