Job Purpose:
Coordinate and assist IMCR and high priority consumer complaint handling across CCAI operations for risks protection and continuous growth of positive corporate reputation.
 
Main Accountabilities:
  • Propose draft of IMCR & CRP SOP/guideline, policy and template, deliver to all related user, and monitor the implementation across CCAI's operations in order to ensure the standard implementation compliance.
  • Gather detail information needed, identify and analyze incident/crisis type based on IMCR guideline and determine priority based on severity level in order to make sure the incident/crisis handled well and in time by the right coordination line.
  • Assist management in IMCR communication process implementation and monitor the incident/crisis handling process, collaborate with related functions and operations in order to make sure the incident/crisis solved in time and proper according to CCAI Policy.
  • Analyze red light cases complaints, determine high priority based on severity of the complaint and monitor the red light cases complaint handling process in order to make sure to protect company reputation.
  • Create and coordinate updated and comprehensive all related to IMCR monthly report, analyze current issues and or issues' possibility and give action recommendation based on data in order to ensure all PAC initiatives on track and get continuous improvements
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in communication or risk management
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant IMCR experience; background in corporate affairs would be an advantage
Technical Competency:
- Risk Management
- Negotiation & lobbying skill
- Presentation skill
- Public Speaking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral)
