Summary
Responsible for processing of financial transactions, providing administrative support and handling other related duties as required. Assist Country Manager to ensure that office operations run efficiently and effectively.
 
What you will handle
1. Financial Transactions
  • Vendor (AP): Process invoices and payments, Petty Cash reimbursement, Check and courier staff claims with supporting documents to HQ, miscellaneous
  • Customer (AR): Prepare sales invoices and collect payments from customers
  • Cashflow: Maintain cashbook and prepare cashflow report
  • Taxation:  Prepare E-Faktur recap & reports
  • Liaise well with HQ Finance in Singapore
  • Prepare Product sales report
  • Issue PO to suppliers
  • Miscellaneous.
2. Administrative Support
  • Liaise with sales team on customer orders, delivery order to customer, etc.
 
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Good in English (Spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented, and maintain a high level of accuracy in work
