Job Responsibilities:
  • The candidate will be directly reporting to AVP Sales Development and within sales department
  • Maintain, Generate, and Analyze all the report from the CSD in Sales, To be able to give feedback and improvement to Sales Network
  • Develop and Improve the Dashboard on the CSD to be able  easy to read, easy to understand for all Sales Network team member
  • Maintain, Control, and Check the CSD Process, does it are comply with the process and does all function are running the process as committed on CSD
  • Maintain, Generate, and Analyze key issues or any improvement are on Administration level on the Support team to be able to deliver on SLA and met target
  • Develop any tools for Administration, Archiving, process on the Development support that be able trackable, and monitored
  • People development for team member for any promotion, and succession planning
  • Strategic improvement CSD to maintain, promote, talent pool for Sales network
  • Developing, Supervising, Managing on the leaders development materials and sales network development on their life cycle
  • Conduct, evaluate sales leaders as part of evaluation management, and performance management
  • Continues development on sales leaders training road map to achieve high quality of Sales Leaders that are comply with Process, Procedures and regulation
  • Develop initiative on sales leaders training process and improvement to have high quality of sales leaders and have effective & efficient sales training class that have high impact to sales network development
     
Job Requirements:
  • University Degree from management/ Communication / Mathematic/ Statistic
  • 3+ Years of work experience in Sales Leader Development/ Training manager
  • 3+ years of experience working in Sales/ Financial/ Banking/ Insurance Industry
  • Understanding on Reporting, Process Map, Projects, Quality Check
  • Good knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Visio (or any similar tool)
  • Advance Knowledge on MS Excel
  • Good Knowledge on SQL, Oracle, Data Processing
  • Demonstrated strategic, long term development plan
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and creative approaches to business needs
  • Understanding on Adult training approach/ Sales Leaders development, TNA Process & Implementation
