​Job Description :
  1. To plan, develop and implement strategy for recruitment and selection policy/practices/program
  2. To ensure all the vacant position to be fulfilled timely manner and acquiring the right quantity and quality talent that meet customer needs
  3. To liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of Recruitment & Talent dept,   and to ensure they are fully informed of Human Capital  objectives, purposes and achievements
  4. To ensure the hiring processes are conducted in most effective way - according to the standard  procedures that applied in APL
  5. To ensure all the recruitment program within budgetary constraints. Analyze the addition of new employees request and give recommendation to authorized person to decide
  6. To ensure all new employee orientation program done properly. Set comprehensive induction program and evaluation for new employees
  7. Establish relationship with various sources in searching potential candidates, and create a strong employer branding to ensure the attractiveness of potential talents.
  8. Analyze the effectiveness of psycho test, interview, and other selection methods to increase the recruitment quality and ensuring them to be implemented across branches. Lead the project management of recruitment events and exhibitions
  9. Responsible in ensuring the accuracy of HC Data, includes new recruits, internal placement / mutation, promotion, retention / turnover rate, and regrettable loss.
Job Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
