Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the annual budgeted order received
  • Achieve the yearly GOAL (KPI) especially the individual goal
  • Identify, visit and call potential customers to broaden the customer base to create company values
  • Maintain close relationship with existing customers
  • Cover the area that being assigned including outstation area
  • Follows company’s QMS and MIS
  • Make daily activities report in C4C
  • Create opportunities and monitor closely in C4C
  • Prepare quotations with number from C4C
  • Monitor competitors activities and report it to product & sales manager
  • Monitor and support his/her delivery execution until collection is completed
  • Attend weekly sales meeting arranged by sales manager / general manager
  • Work closely with sales manager to optimize the specification, delivery time, term of payment and closing deal tactics
  • Ensure a timely and fruitful plan for delivery with product team
  • Ensure the order received has clear scope of supply with term and condition follows company policy
 
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Project Costing Skill, Analytical Skill, Communication & Negotiation Skill
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Retail/General speciality
