Skyhub is representative of 387 offices all around the world to facilitate communication between suppliers and tour operators. And we are looking for Sales Executive to support us in our expansion plan in Indonesia.
 
Job Description :
  1. Assist to achieve sales and profit target from assigned accounts per overall corporate direction / objectives.
  2. Visit key accounts at defined routes and intervals to maintain Skyhub goodwill and to capture dynamic market intelligence for optimizing both customer satisfaction and data utilization.
  3. Planning and setting up appointments with current and potential clients.
  4. Through scheduled sales calls while keeping current clients, generate new clients and ensure long term cooperation.
  5. Monitor and control all clients in relation to sales promotion and product creation in retail travel market to ensure smoothness of operation.
  6. Assist to prepare sales proposals, presentation materials to support sales calls.
  7. Responsible for handling sales force and operation team training and coaching activities towards company objectives and achievement of the sales budget assigned.
  8. Provide client feedbacks on performance strengths and areas of development to inbound offices abroad.
  9. Identify client needs and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.
  10. Ensure excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problems, and answering questions for employees and customers.
  11. Through working closely with all other departments to support all pre and post sales activities, ensuring excellent customer services
  12. Assist in training of employees to enhance sales skills and to grow with the company.
  13. Produces thorough and timely paperwork and reports to management.
 
Job Requirements :
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Communication or Tourism or equivalent from reputable university.
  2. At least 1 year(s) or more of working experience in travel industry sales experience and strong customer service orientation (Travel Agent sales, Airline sales or 3 star international hotel chain sales experience is an Advantage).
  3. Maximum 27 years old.
  4. Good command of spoken and written English and Indonesian (Additional languages are adventages).
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Ability to function well in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  7. Comfort under stress and problematic occasions.
  8. Proficiency in using MS applications to prepare sales & promotion proposals and reports.
  9. Occasional business trip is required when necessary
  10. Must be able to multitask
  11. Willing to be placed in Skyhub Jakarta, Midplaza Building - Sudirman, Central Jakarta.
