In June 1995 PT Emblem Asia was established as a joint venture company. The ownership of PT Emblem Asia consist of UNITIKA Ltd, MARUBENI CORP. and PT GRAHA UPAYA MANDIRI. In January 1997 PT Emblem Asia have started up Biaxially Nylon Film (BON) production.
The production technology mainly comes from Unitika Ltd.. EMBLEM, which is produced by PT Emblem Asia, is supposed able to cover the demand of Nylon Film in several Asian and Oceania countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Langka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Cambodia, and Myanmar)

The responsibilities include:
 
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve nylon film product issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • This role will report to the Marketing Manager and the role will be responsible for several experienced technical and commercial within your team.
 
Job brief
 
We are looking for a Technical Support Customers and Support Supervisor to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers and lead quality assurance and control claims.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot our nylon film product problems and help our customers for product complains.
The responsibilities include resolving product defects to immediate support to our customers. You will also use e-mail to give client quick answer for simple product issues. For more complex problem that require nuanced instruction, you will often travel either domestically or abroad, or contact via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
To be qualified for this role, you should hold at least bachelor degree (S1) in a relevant field, like Chemical, Physical Science, or similar certification. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
 
Responsibilities
  • Research and identify solutions to nylon film product issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, or even visiting them until they have solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g.  MKT, Production and Production Plan Department)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and pileup several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their problem are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients
 
Requirements
  • Min  24-years old  Indonesian nationality.
  • Bachelor Science degree in Chemical, Physical Science or relevant field from reputable universities.
  • Additional certification in flexible packaging technology or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support  Staff or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and technical.
  • Good understanding of nylon film or other flexible packaging material film will be required
  • Excellent problem solving, data collection and analysis skills: ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: English communication skill is a must.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
