As a Social Media Associate, you will be given the opportunity to exceed client and company expectations by responding to customer inquiries via email and phone using korean language. As part of the team, you are also given the opportunity to;
 
  • Build and strengthen online communities for our clients through monitoring and proactive/reactive community engagement across social channels (i.e. Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Bitcoin Talk, Steemit)
  • Utilize social media management tools (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to publish daily content across social media channels
  • Use social media listening tools (i.e. TalkWalker, Sysomos) to generate insights and monitor social conversations to create actionable reports that measure effectiveness of campaigns
The minimum requirements are;
 
  • Excellent English and Korean written and speaking communication skills
  • Extensive experience using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Steemit and other social channels
  • A strong understanding of digital strategy and the ability to educate others effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, great writing and editing skills, and the ability to understand and provide copywriting for social channels
  • Experience with WordPress, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sysomos, Slack or similar platforms preferred
