  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Communication, english conversation
  • Preferably Assistant Manager specialized in Customer Relations/Loyalty Program
  • Have a Good Analytical Skill,
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the application of MS Office, general IT proficiency
  • Diligent in administration work 
Brief Job Description :
  • Able to analyze Customer base and identify revenue generating opportunity 
  • Responsible in marketing, operational and services strategies implementation to drive revenue from existing customer base. 
  • Coordinates the Shopper rewards programs to encourage shoppers loyalty and repeated spending.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, testing new approaches and adopting best practise strategies.
  • Provide Monthly Report
  • Maintain existing partners & loyal customers. 
  • Transfer information needed to internal team as well as to related departments,
  • Perform other task as assigned by superior/management,
